Buddha from an old temple in Chiang Mai.
One of the many temples that we saw, all for getting wealth and happiness from Buddha.  Very sad.

Yummy street food we found.  This is like a crepe with Nutella.  Delicious!
 More yummy street food.
The elephant camp we went to.  It was a highlight!
 I was a little nervous!

An orchid farm we went to.
The long neck tribe village.  They start at an early age, putting these HEAVY bands on their neck.  They never take them off.
 Thai cooking class!

Here is curry and mango sticky rice that we made.
Fresh spring rolls and papaya salad that we learned to make.
 Temple in Bangkok.
Palace where the king used to live in Bangkok.

Making sandwiches with the youth to take to the hospital.
 We had great helpers!
Matt explaining to the people the significance of the drama.
We had a special dinner with Mckenzie, after going through a Purity class.
Our dog loves to be by us.  She is tired too!

For a family day, we went horseback riding in a park here.

The Gala that we attended.  Very precious evening
We saw this coming home one day.  So sad.  People lined the road, walking (in hopes it is a big enough sacrifice) to see the statue of the virgin Mary so that they could get blessed by her.  This is why we are here.
Having fun with the youth group!

The girls and Matt made a special Valentine's Day meal again.  Copy cat of cherry limeade.
Cream puffs!

 It was so cold there!

Christmas brunch with friends here in Guadalajara.
 Kaitlyn's 17th Birthday!
We all made homemade pizzas for Kaitlyn's birthday.
 Yum!
Our girls made a gingerbread house again!
This is at the Homeschool Conference we attended.  Mckenzie did a presentation on Missouri.
Kaitlyn was asked to read a bed time story to the younger kids at the Homeschool Conference.
After the conference we went shopping for a few days!  Of course, we had to eat at Cracker Barrel.
